We are a small but established Recruitment Consultancy placing candidates into permanent or long term contracts in a variety of roles within Transport and Logistics.
We provide personnel and HR services to some of the largest companies in the UK, and we are the preferred or sole choice for many of them.

We are looking for ambitious and talented individuals in a variety of roles and the role of an administrator is crucial within a recruitment environment.

You will be expected to be very communicative and reactive with the Consultants and Resourcers.
You will be the person who will be completing the paperwork of every successful placement for your team so it is important that you are up to speed with every development.
You will be analysing and then presenting various statistics.

Responsibilities will include:

*Maintaining administrative systems
*Organizing training.
*Office management and cleanliness
*Diary Management
*Liaising with supplies and providers such as IT or advertising.
*Providing the director with performance and auditing stats
*Welcoming new employees and arranging induction programs for them.
*Compile and update employee records
*Dealing with payroll queries

The ideal candidate must have had administrative experience within a recruitment or similar environment.
