My client, a leading Financial services firm is looking for an office administrator to join their team.
The main purpose of the job is to carry out general administration tasks
including business processing & checking, remuneration processing, correspondence with clients and providers, clients & advisers.

Key Competencies

-Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
-Experience in Financial Services preferred but not essential
-High level of numeracy
-Competent in Ms-office applications
-Flexible approach, ability to work under pressure
- Experience of working with industry related back office systems - Intelligent Office preferred

Duties

-Processing and checking of client business pre & post submission
-Processing mail received in paper and digital form
- Updating and checking client details on back office system
- Uploading documentation onto back office system
- Processing and checking remuneration received
- Dealing with correspondence & queries from clients, providers & advisers
- Answering incoming calls and visitors & actioning as appropriate
-Assisting Office Manager and Directors with project work as directed

Benefits

GBP20,227 for 35 hours per week (9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch)
5 weeks' leave in addition to statutory public holidays
Pension contribution of 6% per annum (after probation period of 1 month)
Assistance with industry qualifications (CII) & salary increased accordingly
