Due to the increased curriculum offer across our school. We are looking for Hourly Paid Lecturers to join our teaching on programmes ranging from Level One to HNC/D and Foundation Degree.

The School of Health, Education and Care at West Herts College is growing rapidly and offers various training opportunities, future development and course leadership chances for its staff.
We have high expectations for our learners, so the successful candidates will need to use innovative techniques and knowledge to support and encourage our learners on to their personal success, in relevant employment or Higher Education. You will have an ability to promote, support and embed English and maths skills within planning and delivery of all teaching.
Recent experience of teaching the relevant subject in a school, FE college or adult learning institution is desirable. This is a fixed-term role until 31 July 2018.

The successful candidate will join the School of Health, Education and Care reporting to the Head of School Scott Gray.
