Job Title: Administrator
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -5pm
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Salary: GBP18,000- GBP21,000 per annum
We are seeking a Service Desk Assistant/ receptionist to answer calls and provide information to both engineers and customers
- 22 days holiday
- Onsite parking
- Pension scheme
- Filling paperwork including engineers work sheets
- Taking customer call
- Replying to Customers and Engineers queries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Book in engineer's work and follow up the appointment with the customer
- Very smartly presented with a positive attitude
- Good Administrative experience
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- PC Literate
- Numeracy and Literacy
- Professional and formal telephone manner
