Title: Lettings Administrator
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP23,000
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Hours: Monday to Friday ?????" 8.45am to 5.15pm
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Lettings Administrator to join their team at their modern office in Welwyn Garden City.
The Lettings Administration role provides central, integral support to all our Lettings departments, ensuring administration duties are completed to the highest of standards.
Your support will underpin the negotiations conducted by our Lettings sales team, ensuring the journey whilst applying for a property remains an enjoyable experience for both Landlord and Tenant.
4 weeks annual Leave (plus Bank Holidays on rota)

- Methodically process, complete, review and file documentation
- Meet and greet people at reception
- Confident talking on the phone and fielding unwanted calls
- IT literate; with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Confident with an excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally by telephone, email and letter
- Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Able to work using own initiative
- Able to prioritise your workload
