Senior Marketing Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior marketing executive to join a leading B2B company. Key to the Group's ambitious growth plans you will devise and implement strategic marketing and content plans to penetrate new sectors and raise the Group's profile. Joining our growing marketing department this role requires the successful candidate to recruit a marketing executive who you will manage and develop directly. You will bring your experience and new and innovative ideas to the Group's marketing across two core sectors to achieve both lead generation and income targets. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-platform marketing experience including content strategy and creation, and strong track record in targeted lead generation campaigns. You must also possess the ability to advise and influence internal stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for a strong marketing executive looking for progression or an experienced senior looking to further enhance their profile and commercial experience. Main responsibilities include; - Development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to support the commercial marketing strategy - Content strategy and production for market engagement - Delivery of tactical marketing services to ensure success across all campaigns - Measurement of campaigns to inform future plans and activity - Introduction of new and innovative marketing approaches - Direct line management The ideal candidate will have the following; - A marketing degree - Management experience or a management qualification - Experience in marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation targets and within budget - Ability to advise and influence internal stakeholders - Self-starter, enthusiastic and driven - Experience in the B2B market - Experience in the private sector - Good organisation, time-management and forward planning - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to communicate at every level and with colleagues and external suppliers Annual salary up to GBP34,307 dependent on experience, generous 10.5% non-contributory pension scheme, life assurance and ill-health income protection insurance, 26 days holiday plus of Bank Holidays, and a range of flexible benefits including flexi-pension, holiday-buy scheme, childcare vouchers and cycle-to-work.
