The Opportunity: - Basic salary up to £33,000 - Uncapped commission structure - OTE £60,000 - Company car, laptop, phone - Covering Southall, Stevenage, Enfield,Hemel Hempstead Luton, Watford, Slough, Working for one of the UK's largest vending business' - Building relationships throughout the industry with a reliable name - Strong telesales support and appointments booked - Given key accounts to help you start your area Responsibilities: - To identify, profile and maintain an ongoing list of prospective clients within their geographical area of responsibility. - Develop sound relationships with potential clients and their key decision makers and influencers. - To prioritise sales leads and ensure appropriate and effective follow up action is taken. - To prioritise and update sales opportunities from the prospect database. - To take the initiative, supported by the Regional Sales Director, telesales and marketing to identify and develop opportunities within the prospect database. - To prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations in line with new prospect requirements and ensure the profitability and commercial terms of all prospective accounts are reviewed and approved by the senior management teams. - To utilise the company profit matrix and or capex approval process in a timely and responsible manner? - Analyse each period's performance versus target; identify shortfalls and methods of business improvements and take corrective action to eliminate negative performance. - To achieve and exceed all targets set on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis. The Person: - Minimum of 3 successful years within a business to business sales environment. - Confident, with a high level of self-motivation, possessing the ability to work on his/her initiative and possessing hands on attitude. - Excellent communicator with good listening skills, able to adopt a consultative approach with a collegiate and motivational effect on others. - A thorough understanding of finance and a good appreciation of general business matters. - Good time-management, planning and organisational skills. - Positive approach to problem-solving, solutions driven and able to manage change, internally and externally. - Ability to assimilate learning and work independently when required - Commensurate level of IT skills.
