They will need to co-ordinate a multi functional team (production control, manufacturing Engineering, scheduler, Ops team leader) to issue a realistic weekly schedule. Key tasks The delivery manager is accountable for - Ensuring a schedule is issued and updated and, in line with team expectations, work with the KPO scheduler. Driving activities to ensure On Time delivery. Managing risks or issues on schedules that could impact on any major milestone or final delivery of the product. Reporting product delivery status to the Master Scheduler. Managing the product within the KPO against the cost base expectations. Together with Engineering, managing the Customisation phase, ensuring all deviations to bid are captured and justified, reflecting the changes in the schedule. Together with the team members, monitor and measure input performances - On Time delivery, Procurement, Design - and together with the managers/leaders manage impacts to MAIT where necessary. Defining detailed weekly capacity requirement. Priority setting of the multi MAIT Production schedules. Drive the daily drumbeat and execution of the plan.
