Contracts Manager Job Specification This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established family run business based in Essex which works in London and the Home Counties on Residential and Commercial projects up to £2million. Turnkey Services Design, Planning, Project Management & Construction Services Contracts Manager · Have previous experience managing contracts up to £2m. · Experience with all trades – groundworks, steelworks, electrical, mechanical, carpenters, general trades. · Experience with New Builds, Flats, Timber Frame and some Groundwork's experience · Appoint sub contracts. · Ability to interpret drawings and identify any issues or problems with design. · Co-ordinate program. · Prepare valuations. · Deliver project on time & to budget. · Produce cash flow forecast for client. · Maintain & develop client relations. · Represent the company at site meetings. · Liaise with H&S adviser – ensuring CPP & RAMS are present before job is commenced. Individual · Proven track record · Professional attitude and approach to work. · Good management and organisational skills. · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. · Self-motivated, resilient and tenacious. · PC Literate – Good verbal & written communication · Clean driving license.
