CAS Behavioural Health provides high quality specialist healthcare to adults with a variety of diagnosis including; Mental Health, Learning Disability, Acquired Brain Injury, Autism and Personality Disorder. Our expert knowledge and highly dedicated care enables us to make a positive difference. We are currently recruiting Team Leaders to work 42 hours per week for Chaseways. The post holder will be based at a small residential home in Sawbridgeworth. Salary/Benefits: £10.35 p/h then £10.75 p/h after probation, Pension Scheme, Training and development opportunities, cycle to work scheme, DBS paid for. Site address: 1 Chaseways, Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, CM21 0AS Chaseways is a new service. It is a specialist residential home for up to 6 adults with Learning disabilities who may have associated complex needs. Job Role In this role you will; Ensure patients filing and documentation complies with legal requirements and company policies and procedures • Guides and train Support Worker team in policies and procedures • Induct new employees on policies and procedures and refresh other Support Workers • Support Clients who need assistance with independent living skills / personal hygiene encouraging independence • Lead a team of Support Worker Candidate Profile We are looking for people who have; • Evidence of functioning in a supervisory role • Evidence of ability to manage and resolve crisis and conflict within the workplace • Evidence of leading a team in a private healthcare facility • Knowledge of Mental Health Hospitals/Rehabilitation settings • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act We are committed to safeguarding and protecting the people within our care.
