Job Title: Internal Sales Administrator
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Provide a professional sales administration service to all revenue streams and robust administrative support to the external Sales team.
- Data entry of orders on System 21/EDEN.
- Acknowledge all orders, including a thank you letter.
- Raise invoices for completed orders.
- Ensure all paperwork is filed promptly.
- Chase customers for data.
- Scanning of paperwork to electronic files.
- Maintenance of delivery schedules.
- Input of critical despatch dates.
- Quotations / Follow up calls.
- Answer customer enquiries via telephone and/or email.
- Organisation of product fitting.
- Maintenance of price menu's and associated paperwork.
- Tracking received orders through to delivery.
- Issue, receipt and analysis of Quality questionnaires.
- Maintenance of Impress stock.
- Audits of customer files/tracker.
- GCSE Mathematics (Grade A* to C)
- GCSE English (Grade A* to C)
- A further 3 GCSE's (Grade A* to C)
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as a team as well as individually
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook as minimum
