The Company:
Our client is a very well-established multinational manufacturer, supplying clients from various industries.

Main duties:
To manage the administrative and customer support for a German customer base, working in collaboration with the Sales team to maintain strong client relationship.

The Role:
- To be in contact with German speaking customers, via email and telephone
- To process sales orders
- To liaise closely with the various departments
- To make sure the goods are delivered on time
- To answer any customer queries in an efficient and timely manner
- To prepare quotations for customers with the support of the Sales & Marketing team when needed
- To maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant company procedures and systems
- To assist in monthly forecasting for new orders
- Full-training provided on the product, procedures and processes

The Candidate:
- Fluency in both English and German (Written and Spoken) - ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience at similar role would be an advantage
- Scientific educational background would be an added advantage
- Computerised sales order processing systems experience is a plus, not essential
- Team player, confident, proactive and dynamic
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- High accuracy, attention to detail
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PP...)

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am-4.45pm

From GBP25,000 to GBP27,000 per annum - PRO RATA (depending on experience)
