Job Title: Van Hire Administrator
Location: Hatfield
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP19,000
Working Hours: 08:30-17:00 (Mon - Fri) + 08:30-12:00 (Sat)
Requirements: You will be required to have a Full UK Driving Licence for this role as you will need to park the Vans/Cars once they have been returned.

Van Hire Administrator

Adecco Welwyn Garden City are working with a very exciting client based in Hatfield. They are currently looking for Van Hire Administrator to join there lovely team.
This role will require you to be:
Answering the phone
Responding to emails - bookings/enquiries
Adding bookings to their software
Vetting customers for rental eligibility
Raising rental agreement paperwork
Checking in & out vans with customers - reviewing damage
Taking/refunding money with credit cards
Raising invoices
Washing and cleaning out the vehicles
Customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner & PC Skills
