Title: Insurance Administrator
Salary: GBP19,000 per annum
Hours: Perm, Full time (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm)

All that is required is previous administration experience within the Insurance sector, as well as an enthusiastic, cheerful personality and confidence in your ability to thrive in the job.
What's on offer?
• Provide administration support across the sales and renewals teams
• Chase payments/renewals
• Liaise with 3rd party groups
• Handle inbound calls and direct to correct departments
• Process new business/renewals and mid-term adjustments
• Check compliance
• Maintain policy knowledge
• Report and monitor any errors
• Assist with file audits, checks and data clean-up during less busy periods
• Previous experience within a similar role within an insurance company is essential
• Polite and professional telephone manner
• Strong standard of written English
• Good attention to detail
